Game Designer Skills:
In this assignment, I've been tasked with finding 3 skills from this list that I feel I'd be comfortable with. Honestly, it's a bit hard choosing, because I've done (or at least attempted) many of them and enjoyed it. First off, I greatly enjoy drawing and visual arts, and have considered becoming a lead artist on a development team if I can use my love of drawing in my career (That is, once I learn to draw digitally.) My pursuits don't stop there. I also enjoy creative writing and making concepts for fictional worlds, and I would be happy to find a career in doing so. I'm currently working on a few original stories that I'd be tickled to talk about, such as a sci-fi story set in a desert, Tomorrowland-esque city just 99 years in the future. Somewhat related to writing, I like to bounce ideas off friends and family members to find all possible plot holes, and I spend many hours figuring out the details behind my creations as well, which is why I think technical writing may also be a match.
Moving on, I would like to learn how to animate, as the concept of bringing fiction to life has always fascinated me. The only problem is, I actually don't have much patience for animating, and as mentioned before, I'm terrible at drawing digitally. However, I want to learn how to animate some time in the future, so I can hopefully have it as a viable skill in the industry.
